Deliria

This limited-edition beer is brewed every March at Huyghe Brewery to pay tribute to women in beer. Last March, the brewery welcomed sixteen different women from across the world – including the only Canadian woman: Beertown's very own Jennifer Tamse, Director of Beer & Beverage – to exclusively collaborate on the beer and discuss the unique challenges that women face in the industry. They participated in every step of the process –from milling the grains, mashing in, opening cans of hop extract, adding hops to the boil, to cleaning the filters. It was then that we knew we had to bring it to Canada. After months of planning, Deliria was approved for export to Canada for its Ontario debut at Beertown Public House. We will pour exclusively ON TAP as part of our Collaboration Nation Series.
