Beertown xx Fairweather xx Escarpment Labs | Hamilton, ON | 6.6% | 50 IBU | 14oz COLLABORATION NATION Brewed in celebration of International Women’s Day, the ladies of Beertown, Fairweather, and Escarpment Labs teamed up to brew Above Grade Fruited IPA: a beer (and a mindset) focused on raising the bar. Inspired by Fairweather’s cult-favourite High Grade IPA, this amplified reimaging leans fully into saturation and texture. Fermented with an Escarpment Labs yeast strain, and built on a plush base of barley and oats, Above Grade is dry-hopped with Idaho 7, Citra, and Mosaic hops before being conditioned on mangos and pineapples. The result is a layered tropical profile – ripe mango flesh, fresh-cut pineapple, and resinous citrus – wrapped in a soft, pillowy body with a vibrant, juicy finish. Bright, expressive, and unapologetically bold, a portion of proceeds from every glass of Above Grade will support Gillian’s Place, a Niagara-based organization providing shelter, safe refuge, counselling, and advocacy for women and children.
